We are looking for a highly-skilled Digital Marketing Manager for our growing startup team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual, with a penchant for analytics—a team player who can lead a process, communicate effectively, and thrive in a deadline driven environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with a range of digital marketing channels and platforms, including website management, landing page creation, digital paid media and copywriting. You have a demand gen mindset with a desire to utilize data in measuring how to move the needle, generating qualified leads to support sales efforts.
Your skills and qualifications:
5+ years of experience in, digital marketing, In-depth knowledge of SEO with the ability to inform content marketing strategies to enhance organic search ranking
Must have highly developed communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem-solving
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
Hands-on experience of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software, and content management systems.
Extensive experience in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM).
Critical thinking skills – determine which tactics, ideas and objectives are right for our product and market.
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management and verbal skills.
Experience with creating video content is a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products is a plus. Other media creation products are also viewed positively.
Positive attitude, desire to learn and cross-train with the marketing team; lots of hustle; friendly, fun to work with.
Work with the marketing team to develop, test, and iterate on our digital marketing strategy.
Manage advertising performance across digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and landing page optimization to generate inbound leads.
Manage SEO to grow new and repeat traffic to our website.
Focus on driving demand, measured in qualified leads, funnel acceleration and conversion.
Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, webinars, etc. to integrate into marketing campaigns.
Implement and maintain performance metrics, and campaign reporting.
Coordinate campaign deliverables & timelines between marketing, development & sales.
Contribute, generate, proofread, and edit content like blog posts, webinar copy, press releases, etc.
