We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to join our Marketing Demand Generation team to create and execute scalable onboarding and channel marketing programs that help reselling and alliance partners market and implement LucidLink solutions in the enterprise.
You will be interacting directly with reselling and alliance partners on a high-touch basis while also working closely with the LucidLink leadership team, the director of channel sales, LucidLink support, sales engineers, and the LucidLink inside sales team.
This role is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in the United States or EMEA.
Your skills and qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years experience supporting and enabling software or SaaS resellers
Goal-oriented strategic thinker with the ability to execute at a tactical level
Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a high EQ
Collaborative team player who can adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
Display a comprehensive understanding of a partner economic model
Bonus points:
Experience working at a cloud-based or software-as-a-service (SaaS) company
Experience with channel partners serving the media & entertainment or related industries
Experience managing customer relationships using Salesforce
Experience with Allbound, PartnerStack, or similar Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions
Your responsibilities:
Understand and train new partners on the LucidLink value proposition
Work with the broader marketing team to develop, own, and teach reseller education, training, and sales enablement collateral (discovery, ROI/TCO, etc.) that are needed to help partners understand how to sell and position cloud-native storage solutions
Be the subject matter expert and primary user of our partner relationship management (PRM) solution
Develop a partner training and certification program Support market development funding (MDF) programs and ensure budgets and campaigns are tracked and reported within Salesforce
Ensure that new partners understand the LucidLink direct and partner rules of engagements for prospects and customers
Ensure new partners understand how to engage LucidLink sales engineers for demo assistance
Maintain LucidLink brand standards on third-party partner marketplaces, online catalogs, and partner website pages
Develop educational webinars (and create a recording) so that new partners understand what is expected, including training on the lead and customer registration process, opportunity management expectations and process, how to submit an order, support a support case, browse the libraries, access the knowledge base, etc.
Assist the director of channel sales with the assessment of partner’s status and create plans to drive them to higher partnership tiers
Work with the director of channel sales to develop and refine any implementation onboarding tools and resources
Ensure appropriate partner contacts get added to the CRM
Assist with partner recruiting when appropriate
