Being part of LucidLink, you will be responsible for creating and driving the Talent Acquisition strategy. As an ambassador of our core values, you will be the first contact and the “face” of the company, identifying the right talent that will perfectly fit the company’s long-term goals and unique culture. Your mission will be to grow our software development team by effectively sourcing, attracting the right talent and mindset, and creating awareness of LucidLink on the job market. Being the first one on the HR team, you will have the opportunity to build the foundation of the recruitment strategy and own its execution.
Your skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or similar.
3-5 years of experience as a technical talent acquisition specialist, or similar.
Technical literacy in software development and technologies would be a great advantage.
Ability to develop hiring strategies for distinct roles and profiles.
Advanced knowledge and out-of-the-box thinking in effective hiring strategies and platforms that attract suitable applicants.
Exceptional ability to screen candidates compile shortlists and interview candidates.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as BambooHR.
Proficiency in English verbal and written language.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
Managing hiring processes in the Applicant Tracking System.
Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via phone/video calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning.
Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
