Job description
LucidLink is looking for a creative designer to join our design team and help us create well-designed and hugely impactful marketing journeys across all media touchpoints focusing on digital campaigns.
In this role, you will envision, create, and iterate on the visual and motion design found across our marketing channels and website to ensure it aligns with and promotes our brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy. This position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to apply your design skills to the world of business software. You must have demonstrated experience in designing for digital platforms, video editing, motion and corporate branding.
Your skills and qualifications
Design experience in agencies or corporate marketing teams
Experience in video editing and motion graphics
An eye for detail, and a clean aesthetic
Visual storytelling and good digital design skills
Ability to convey design ideas via sketches and storyboards
Data-driven design thinking and approach
Experience working with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (base knowledge in After Effects and Premier Pro) or similar creative applications
Your responsibilities
Design simple, elegant, social advertising, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, videos, motion graphics, and large integrated campaigns.
Create a visual story in unique and innovative ways
Gain an understanding of the company’s business goals, and work with the Marketing and Sales teams to address them
Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and media touch points
Show what you know
Applicants are required to show an online portfolio highlighting examples of digital-first design projects
Selected applicants will be required to present their approach to solving a hypothetical design challenge
