Your goal is to keep our systems reliable and secure while helping us step into the future through automation and AI-driven solutions. You’ll not only solve problems—you’ll prevent them, streamline processes, and free up people’s time so the whole company can move faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding IT support – resolve requests quickly, keep users happy, and consistently meet (or exceed) SLAs.

  • Lead improvements, not just fixes – design and implement IT initiatives that make teams more productive and future-ready.

  • Automate the manual – build scripts (Python, PowerShell) and apply AI-driven solutions (like n8n) to remove repetitive tasks.

  • Keep systems running at their best – monitor, optimize, and secure our IT environment so downtime is minimized.

  • Drive continuous improvement – analyze data, spot trends, and propose smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working.

Attributes we are looking for:

  • Technical Proficiency & Systems Knowledge – deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, OS (Windows, macOS), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), virtualization, collaboration suites (M365, Google Workspace), SSO/User Lifecycle, TCP/IP, MDM, security principles, troubleshooting, scripting, and monitoring tools.

  • Automation & Efficiency Mindset – strong skills in Python, PowerShell, and a passion for using AI-driven tools (like n8n) to simplify workflows and boost productivity.

  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking – the ability to diagnose complex issues, get to the root cause fast, and design practical, scalable solutions.

  • Customer Focus & Service Orientation – empathy, patience, and the drive to deliver a great user experience every time.

  • Communication & Collaboration – clear communicator who can explain technical topics simply and work smoothly with both tech and non-tech colleagues.

  • Project Ownership & Delivery – proven ability to design, lead, and deliver IT initiatives on time, within budget, and with strong stakeholder alignment.

  • Adaptability & Resilience – thrive under pressure, stay calm during incidents, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Continuous Learning & Improvement – curiosity about new technologies, AI, and industry best practices, always seeking ways to grow and share knowledge.
