Job description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join LucidLink, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of our Identity, Security, and Enterprise Readiness roadmap. You’ll work closely with our go-to-market and engineering teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. You will be responsible for defining the solutions for challenges like multi-domain SSO, account security in a zero-knowledge environment, and the administrative models required by large, decentralized organizations.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to your peers to discover, define, and prioritize the delivery of impactful features that drive the biggest outcomes for LucidLink and for our global clients. Your work will help strengthen our position as a leader in cloud-native file collaboration, driving innovation and value across our platform.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Product Management team, you’ll collaborate with your fellow PMs, Product Designers, and Engineering Leads to define and drive the execution of LucidLink’s product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the roadmap is tightly aligned with our business objectives and long-term vision.
Own the product lifecycle for core platform features, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user provisioning (SCIM), and the administrative models that support complex enterprise account structures.
Champion an outcomes-driven approach, prioritizing measurable impact—such as user adoption, retention, and revenue growth—over simply delivering features.
Lead and drive cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of product—from ideation, to validation, to experimentation, to delivery, to go-to-market, and iterative releases and scale-up.
Analyze market, customer, competitive, financial, and usage data to identify product opportunities and evaluate initiatives on the business and customer outcomes they produce.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to gather feedback and requirements for their security and administrative needs.
Work across engineering, product design, product marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver coordinated product releases.
Help define and then take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect desired outcomes, and use them to guide prioritization and success measurement.
Demonstrate an interest and affinity for deeply technical products, particularly in the areas of cloud infrastructure, security, and identity management.
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in a SaaS or software company.
5+ years of direct experience in B2B SaaS or software product management, with demonstrable experience in identity, access management (IAM), or enterprise security products.
Deep expertise in data analysis, experimentation, and data-driven product management.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with agile development processes and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a technical background is highly valued.
Experience with SAML, SCIM, MFA, zero-knowledge systems, and enterprise environments is a strong plus.
Join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product and driving our company's success through innovative product-led growth strategies.
