What to expect

  • Your Classic filespace stays accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after upgrade.

  • Classic snapshots don’t carry over. Local settings like cache size, pinned files and SSO will need reconfiguration.

  • Subscription pricing stays the same for your current contract term.

  • The Upgrade Tool is free to use.
