If the last few years taught us anything, it’s that the way content gets made (and who makes it) has changed for good. Teams are spread across time zones, deadlines are tighter and the tools we all depend on evolve faster than ever.
LucidLink has grown up in that world, helping teams stream files from the cloud as if they were local. And now, we’re taking that same spirit of connection and applying it to how we work with our partners.
We’re thrilled to share what’s next: a reimagined LucidLink partner ecosystem, coming in early 2026.
It brings together every kind of partner, from resellers and SIs, to cloud marketplaces, strategic alliances and technology partners, into one unified and modern program. Even better, we’re building it with our partners, not just for you.

Bigger customer outcomes
As LucidLink continues to grow into the platform standard for big file collaboration, wherever teams are and whatever they’re creating, our customers are looking for more complete solutions, not just great software.
With innovations like TeamCache, mobile capture and new workflow integrations on the horizon, there’s a huge opportunity for partners to deliver full, end-to-end solutions: combining hardware, services and support around LucidLink. Fewer hoops, more flexibility.
We know every partner goes to market differently. A single “one-size-fits-all” program doesn’t fit anyone all that well. That’s why we’re building a flexible framework that lets you do business your way, while making it easier than ever to do business with us.
Our vision
Here’s what we’ve been working on for the last 6 months:
1) One unified ecosystem
Channel partners, marketplaces, alliances and tech partners in a single framework, with clear tracks and benefits.
2) A modern partner dashboard
Your new home for everything LucidLink. Think:
Deal registration & co-sell collaboration
Opportunity tracking and visibility
Enablement & certification paths
Marketing assets and campaign kits
Renewals insights and customer health signals
3) Go to market your way
We’ll support tailored go-to-market motions, from turnkey bundles to services-led engagements. Build packages around LucidLink (e.g., TeamCache-ready architectures) and capture more project value.
4) More ways to grow and profit
As the LucidLink platform grows, so do your opportunities. From on-site acceleration and cloud storage options, to migration and governance services and ongoing managed offerings.
Built together with partners, from day one
Over the past few months our product and partner teams have been in the field. They’ve been shadowing day-to-day sales and services with leading resellers and SIs and running hands-on workshops to map out what a great partner experience must include. Your feedback is directly shaping the roadmap.
We’ll continue these partner collaboration workshops as we finalize the program and the dashboard experience.
What this means for you
Resellers & SIs: package LucidLink with your own services and on-site designs. Deliver outcomes, not just line items.
Cloud marketplaces: make it easy for customers to buy where they already spend, while tying in your services around implementation and training.
Technology partners: build solutions together. From cameras and ingest to NLEs, MAM/DAM and archive, so customers get seamless workflows end-to-end.
Alliances & co-sell: align field teams, share pipeline and simplify how we win together.
Timeline & how to get involved
Phase one: complete
We’ve finished the foundational work: partner discovery sessions, program architecture and the unified partner ecosystem design that brings together Channel/Resellers, Marketplaces, Strategic Alliances and Technology Partners.
Phase one also defined the commercial model (tiers/benefits), enablement framework and the initial specification for the partner dashboard (deal reg, opportunity sharing, license visibility, co-sell workflows).
Phase two: in progress
We’re co-designing and building the partner dashboard MVP with a small set of design partners. Scope includes:
Deal registration & co-sell flows
Customer/license lookup and workspace visibility
Asset hub & playbooks (including TeamCache packaging and Upgrade Tool motions)
Updated contracts, tiers/benefits and migration planning
How to get involved: if you’re selected as a design partner, your CSM/Alliances lead will contact you directly. No action’s needed on your side for now.
Phase three: tracking for Q1
External beta and limited rollout of the partner dashboard; launch of the unified program with finalized tiers/benefits, regional go-live schedule and co-marketing kits. This phase also begins the migration of existing partners into the new framework.
What stays the same
Open and collaborative by design. You decide how to go to market, we’ll provide the tools and flexibility to support it.
Customer-first. Everything we build, product, programs or processes, exists to help customers move faster with less friction.
Partner-powered growth. When you win, we win. Expect more enablement, clearer engagement models and shared accountability.
