A reimagined partner ecosystem for modern workflows
Earlier this year, we shared our vision for a reimagined LucidLink partner ecosystem.
Today, we’re bringing that vision to life with the launch of the LucidLink Management Platform (LLMP).
LLMP brings together our entire partner network, including resellers, SIs, marketplaces, alliances and technology partners, into a single modern platform built to drive collaboration, accelerate growth and deliver real impact.
Shaped directly by partner feedback, LLMP is built for how work actually gets done — giving our partners the visibility, tools and flexibility to deliver modern production and enterprise workflows at scale.

Over the past months, our product and partner teams have been in the field, shadowing day-to-day sales, collaborating with resellers and SIs and running hands-on workshops to understand what partners need to succeed.
What came through clearly was the need for better visibility, simpler collaboration and everything in one place.
That’s what shaped LLMP.
Today, partners can:
Register and co-sell deals and track opportunities
Initiate 2.x to 3.x upgrades directly through the LLMP using the new upgrade feature
Monitor renewals and customer health
Manage client organizations directly within LLMP, viewing storage, members, workplace status and organization-level details all in one place
Create enterprise trials for new customer onboarding with a streamlined free trial flow
Support customers moving from LucidLink 2.x to 3.x with structured upgrade workflows and clearer migration tooling
Access enhanced client details, including organization information, workplace status, billing alignment and member metrics such as peak usage
Use the client dashboard to monitor all client organizations at a glance, including status, storage utilization versus capacity and renewal visibility
It’s all in a single platform built to support the way partners go to market, whether that’s turnkey solutions, services-led engagements or something in between.
